Customer Care will contain medical expenses incurred on behalf of policyholders or employees overseas in several ways:

  2. Negotiated discounts with providers around the world
  3. The global buying power of the International Assistance Group, the largest emergency assistance organisation in the world
  4. Inter-member pricing with International Assistance Group companies


Through these means, Customer Care achieves savings of up to 60% on overseas medical expenses which are passed on to our clients.

 

Customer Care may charge a percentage fee on the nett savings achieved through a third party administrator or direct provider contract.
