The International Assistance Group is the world’s largest assistance organisation. It provides emergency medical assistance plus travel, security, roadside, home, legal and other assistance services around the globe.
Customer Care is a shareholding member of the International Assistance Group which has 36 members operating 47 medical call centres and correspondents to help out on the ground in over 180 countries.
Globally, the International Assistance Group helps more than 76 million travellers and manages 380,000 medical assistance, 24,000 medical repatriations and 200,000 travel assistance cases each year. With more than 1 million calls for roadside assistance and 1.6 million home and other assistance cases, the International Assistance Group is the largest and most experienced assistance organisation in the world.
