Customer Care’s experienced team of around 100 full time staff including nurses, doctors and intensive care specialists handle over 30,000 assistance cases annually with about 400 medical evacuations every year. We assist with the provision of immediate and professional help for travellers, in their times of need. We operate a 24-hour contact centre, 365 days a year. Help is only ever a phone call away.

Customer Care started operating as an independent company in July 1997, however, many of the team have been providing assistance services since 1988.

Customer Care provides assistance to travel, corporate and expatriate insurance policy holders however our services are not restricted to the insurance arena. Customer Care also provides a range of medical and consulting services directly to corporations, particularly those operating in remote or risky locations or those intending to operate in such locations.
